(13)Solid state logic accurately controls inlet and purge valves which direct wet compressed air to the regenerated tower, and heated purge air to the tower in need of regeneration. The process of adsorption and desorption can be repeated several thousand times before the desiccant must be replaced./Asset/DesDryer_KED_46-47221-700x394.jpg
(13)Kaeser externally heat-regenerative blower purge desiccant dryer produces dew points as low as -40ºF. Twin desiccant beds of activated alumina alternate between drying and regenerating, with regeneration being accomplished with heated ambient air at just above atmospheric pressure. The heated ambient air readily drives adsorbed moisture off of the desiccant preparing it for another adsorption cycle. The moisture-laden regeneration air exhausts to atmosphere during the regeneration process. KBD dryers can regenerate with little (about 1%) or no process (purge) air loss./Asset/DesDryer_KBD_46-47219-700x394.jpg
The Kaeser Breathing Air System (KBS) is a complete purification system. It is designed to remove contaminants such as moisture, solid particles, oil or oil vapors, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons from normal compressed air. The KBS meets all quality requirements and international standards such as OSHA, CSA, ISO 12021 and DIN 3188./Asset/BreathingAirSystem_KBS_46-47217-700x394.jpg
(60)Kaeser Adsorptive Desiccant dryers (KAD Series) employ a heatless regenerative design to produce pressure dew points as low as -100 ºF. Solid-state controls with adjustable cycle timers allow KAD Series dryers to be easily adapted to user requirements. The optional purge saver control dramatically increases efficiency at reduced flows, and includes active tower lights and a switching failure alarm.
KAD dryers are ideally suited for moisture sensitive applications such as electronics and pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing and brewing./Asset/KAD-Heatless-Regenerated-Desiccant-Dryers.PNG
(9)Innovative, compact dryers for superior efficiency and reliability
The Kaeser Modular Membrane Dryer (KMM) produces pressure dew points to -40ºF. It is perfect for small to medium compressed air systems. KMMs do not require electricity or cooling water, which simplifies installation even in existing systems. They are particularly effective in reaching low pressure dew points when used with a refrigerated dryer and installed at the point of use./Asset/Kaeser-Modular-Membrane--KMM--Dryers-for-Compressed-Air.PNG
