Compressed Air Systems came out for an assessment when our Kaeser North SM11 10HP was down and our South SM11 10HP was taking 25 minutes to come to pressure. Their team recommended servicing the South SM11 and replacing the North SM11 with a new SM15 15HP. Now they are running great and my team can focus on other business. The SM15 ran flawlessly this week with no low-air issues while running at about 70%, and the SM11 took less than three minutes to come to operation pressure.

Mike came to our facility last Friday 12/3 to install a fan wheel on one of our compressors that was previously troubleshot by your team because of noisy fan. After installing new fan wheel noise persisted causing a deeper dive and suggesting bearings on motor were bad. Mike had the ownership to even drive all the way back to your shop to grab new bearings and stayed working on compressor until it was up and running again on Friday afternoon. Mike kept an excellent communication with our site team and work was completed successfully.

I’m doing this testimonial behind Bo’s back. All I can say is WOW.
It started with a google search and emergencies regarding our vacuum pumps. Bo took care of it. Then he took care of it again. Then he took care of it again. It was at this point he came directly to the mill to find out why I was blowing them up.
I am new to the mechanical side of industry but I have been in manufacturing facilities for 25 years. I’ve seen a lot of sales guys. Bo is not typical.
It’s like the old BO Jackson commercials–BO KNOWS:

He walked around my mill and personally fixed every issue that was keeping me awake at night……………….. in about 12 minutes.
My new air compressor that was blowing out a gallon of oil a week—fixed. (This after 3 tech calls and 2000$ in bills that are still being disputed). He fixed it a few minutes and it has been perfect ever since, along with providing a more dependable supply of air to the mill.
He showed me everything that I was doing wrong on my Busch vacuum pumps. He taught me about my chillers and saved me a bunch of money. He set me up with all of the PMs and timelines. BO then set me up with all the service kit parts numbers that I needed.
All of my vacuum pump and air compressor spending has been moved to his account.

We were having issues with our aging air compressor and in need of replacement. We searched compressor companies online and found Compressed Air Systems Inc. located in Tampa, Fl. After calling the number, I was immediately connected to a salesperson — Bo Wenrich of Compressed Air Systems, who showed up at my location within an hour. We went over what was needed for our system and how long it would take to get a replacement and installation. John, the Installation Supervisor, looked at the job later that day and a quote was provided the next day. After all bids were entered, Compressed Air Systems was awarded the bid. The inside sales rep, Jack, stayed on top of all communication, making sure the unit arrived on time and had delivered to the location in Tampa for all to be coordinated. Compressed Air Systems took care of all coordination between a Contracted Electrician and installation group. The installation group, Tanner and Rick, worked in a very professional and workmanlike manner. They removed the existing equipment and installed the New Unit/Dryer and Piping in less than 8 hours. Bo was there during the installation, started up the unit and provided service training to our service guys. I wanted to make you aware that your installation crew, Levi Combs and Chris Negron, were both Professionals on every level. They did an outstanding job installing my new Kaeser compressor, tank, and Drier. To be honest it’s one of the few jobs I have seen go perfectly. Both Chris and Levi were very helpful With my questions. They were both very professional in their attire, attitude, and trade skill. They also came And left with no foot prints. By that I mean, they left the site looking just as it was before they came.
NICE AND NEAT !!!Coordinating the electricians per what Chris and Levi recommended was excellent as well. Every electrical Component needed was then ran and ready for the start up by Mark Wilcox.
Mark was nothing less than a pure professional and true master of his trade as well. The startup went great with no Flaws and Mark was super knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions that I had.

After the install, Mark gave me a lesson on operating the compressor. Again, Mark left me with no questions Unanswered and I’m very impressed with his knowledge and ability to convey the operating directions.
The 15 horse power Kaeser with drier and 400 gallon wet tank is truly amazing. From the ease of operation to how beautifully quiet the Kaeser is, down to the air quality has surpassed my expectations.
