Returns

If you receive an incorrect order, faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with a picture of the incorrect order or damaged part. We are unable to accept returns without a return authorization. All products (except for electrical components) may be returned for up to 30 business days from the date the order was received. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which you received it – including all original packaging and tags intact. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not in sellable condition due to negligence or abuse, it will not be accepted. If you cancel or incorrectly ordered an item after shipment has been made, you will be responsible for paying a 20% restock fee. You will also be responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment and may take up to 30 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our warehouse. You can also opt to get credit applied to your account to which it can be utilized towards your next payment or future order.
